Aspergillus Metabolome Database

The Aspergillus Metabolome database emerge as a necessity to identify metabolites in an untargeted metabolomics study about aspergillus fumigatus

Where we are today

We have collected 1,311 compounds present in 289 different species and subspecies of genus Aspergillus and they are linked to 589 literature references. We aim to add every compound linked to any Aspergillus specie, even though we know that the expectations are quite high. In order to do so, we plan to perform literature reviews periodically.
