What are the sources used in Aspergillus Metabolome Database?
Any chemical element that has been linked with an aspergillus specie in a literature reference is aim to be included in the database. By now, we have collected data from Knapsack, A2MDB, ChEBI and a manual curation from literature reference.
How many compounds are in Aspergillus Metabolome Database?
At 15/02/2021 the number of compounds included is 1,311 compounds thatpresent in 289 different species and subspecies of genus Aspergillus.

If you want to be part of the project, you are more than welcome! It is an open project and it plans to be a useful resource for the community.
The contributionswill be manually curated for the members of the project and subsequentially included in the database. Every contribution will be registered in the History web page. Furthermore, we will have a register about the curators of each compound in the database and, in the case that the project continue, every contribution will be stated and acknowledged.
